At Discovery, we are always seeking feedback to confirm efforts that make a difference in your experience at Discovery and seek ways to improve. If you would like to offer feedback, please use the attached form and place in the Comments/Suggestions box by the main office. In addition, we would like to use some quotes from current families to share with prospective Discovery families. If you give permission for your comments to be used, please sign on the appropriate space. Finally, please know that you are always welcome to contact your child's teacher and myself to set up appointments for specific concerns.
